TAGRISSO® 40 mg: Jede Tablette enth. 40 mg Osimertinib (als Mesilat). TAGRISSO® 80 mg: Jede Tablette enth. 80 mg Osimertinib (als Mesilat).

Tablettenkern: Mannitol (Ph.Eur.), Mikrokristalline Cellulose, Hyprolose (5,0-16,0 %) (E463), Natriumstearylfumarat (Ph.Eur.). Filmüberzug: Poly(vinylalkohol), Titandioxid (E171), Macrogol (3350), Talkum, Eisen(III)-hydroxid-oxidx H2O (E172), Eisen(III)-oxid (E172), Eisen(II,III)-oxid (E172).

TAGRISSO® ist als Monoth. angezeigt zur:

  • adjuvanten Behandl. nach vollst. Tumorresektion bei erw. Patienten mit nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) im Stadium IB-IIIA, deren Tumoren Mutationen d. epidermalen Wachstumsfaktor Rezeptors (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, EGFR) als Del. im Exon 19 od. Substitutionsmutation im Exon 21 (L858R) aufweisen.
  • Behandl. v. erw. Patienten mit lokal fortgeschritt., inoper. NSCLC, deren Tumoren EGFR-Mutationen als Del. im Exon 19 od. Substitutionsmutation im Exon21 (L858R) aufweisen u. deren Erkrank. während od. nach einer pt-haltigen Radiochemoth. nicht fortgeschritt. ist.
  • Erstlinienth. v. erw. Patienten mit lokal fortgeschritt. od. metastasiertem NSCLC mit aktivierenden EGFR-Mutationen.
  • Behandl. v. erw. Patienten mit lokal fortgeschritt. od. metastasiertem EGFR-T790M-mutationspositivem NSCLC. TAGRISSO® ist angezeigt in Komb. mit:

  • Pemetrexed u.pt-haltiger Chemoth. zur Erstlinienth. v. erw. Patienten mit fortgeschritt. NSCLC, deren Tumoren EGFR-Mutationen als Del. im Exon 19 od. Substitutionsmutation im Exon 21 (L858R) aufweisen.

Gegenanz.:

Überempfindlichkeit gegen d. Wirkstoff od. e. d. sonst. Bestandt.. Johanniskraut darf nicht zus. mit TAGRISSO® angewendet werden.

Nebenw.:

TAGRISSO® als Monoth.: Sehr häufig: Vermind. Appetit, Diarrhö, Stomatitis, Hautausschl., Paronychie, trockene Haut, Pruritus, vermind. Leukozytenzahl, vermind. Lymphozytenzahl, vermind. Thrombozytenzahl, vermind. Neutrophilenzahl. Häufig: Thrombozytopenie, Neutropenie, Leukopenie, Lymphopenie, Epistaxis, Interstit. Lungenerkrank., Strahlenpneumonitis, Alopezie, Palmar-plantares Erythrodysästhesie-Syndrom, Urtikaria, verringerte linksventrikuläre Ejektionsfraktion, Erhöhung d. Kreatinphosphokinase im Blut, QTc-Intervall-Verläng., erhöhte Blutkreatininwerte. Gelegentl.: Keratitis, Herzinsuffizienz, Hyperpigmentierung d. Haut, Erythema multiforme, kutane Vaskulitis, Myositis. Selten: Aplast. Anämie, Stevens-Johnson-Syndrom. Nicht bekannt: Eosinophile Pneumonie, toxische epidermale Nekrolyse, Reaktivierung e. Hepatitis B. TAGRISSO® in Komb. mit Pemetrexed u. pt-haltiger Chemoth.: Sehr häufig: Thrombozytopenie, Neutropenie, Leukopenie, vermind. Appetit, Diarrhö, Stomatitis, Hautausschl., Paronychie, trockene Haut, vermind. Leukozytenzahl, vermind. Lymphozytenzahl, vermind. Thrombozytenzahl, vermind. Neutrophilenzahl, erhöhte Blutkreatininwerte. Häufig: Lymphopenie, Herzinsuffizienz, Epistaxis, Interstit. Lungenerkrank., Pruritus, Alopezie, Palmar-plantares Erythrodysästhesie-Syndrom, Urtikaria, Hyperpigmentierung d. Haut, Erythema multiforme, verringerte linksventrikuläre Ejektionsfraktion, Erhöhung der Kreatinphosphokinase im Blut, QTc-Intervall-Verläng.. Gelegentl.: Keratitis.
